Message Ive been trying to start my engine after pulling it and doing some upgrades to it. Well pulling it I did a compression test on all six cylinders and all ranged in the 125 psi area which seems ok. Fast forward to present and cant get engine started. so i check spark and its fine, fuel pressure is fine now, so the last thing i do is check my compression again, which i think would not be a problem since it test fine four months ago and hasnt been ran since. But after doing the test all my cylinders tested in the 60psi range!!! What would cause the psi to drop by exactly half while being stored?? The only things I did while the engine out is install Downpipes, upgrade injectors, lightweight pulleys, and light weight flywheel, and losen the timing belt a tad because it was over tighten. If the belt slipped a tooth would it cause the valves to open and close late, or just cause the valves to hit the pistons? The engine cranks fine ( just really low compression)? and would 60psi be not enough to start the engine at all because it doesnt start at all.

I'd appreciate any info from all the Z guru's out there!
